PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Alkali-resistant penetrating primer can effectively seal alkaline substances in cement substrates, prevent efflorescence, whitening and mottling on walls, while enhancing the adhesion of topcoat coatings and improving the stability and durability of the overall coating system.
